The Dr. did an outstanding job. However, the office did not disclose up front that only part of the exam was covered by EyeMed, and subsequently billed 5x the contracted price. Lesson learned: ask what is covered up front, because they won’t tell you until it’s time to pay!
It was great. The gentlemen took all the time to answer question. He went above and beyond. Showed compassion and listened. No pressure in the product area. Huge selection of products.
First, Dr Lokey has the best personality but very professional and thorough...a unique and refreshing combination! Second, the supporting staff is most helpful, friendly and equally professional. Alice is the best! Love working with her on frame selection. Always feel very welcome by all!
