Dr Li is lovely. She really listened to all of my concerns & questions. I went to her for a second opinion & she was open & honest. She is very caring & put my mind at ease with deciding on a very big operation. I’m 13 weeks post op & can say my surgery was a success & I’m so glad I went to see her as she’s helped change my life. I’m almost pain free! When I still have questions, she still answers & guides me.

I had a great experience with Dr Li. I saw her to get a second opinion on an upcoming surgery and she was incredibly knowledgeable, patient and had a great bedside manner. Doctor Li operated on my wife’s neck a while ago Her service was exceptional and she a very nice person. It was such a breath of fresh air dealing with Doctor Li as my wife has been seen by much older male doctors regarding her injury and they have been rude, lack beside manners, are brusque, arrogant and dismissive.
Dr. Diana Li is not only an outstanding neurosurgeon but also an incredibly kind and patient doctor. I brought my mother to see her, and as a non-English speaker, my mum was initially very nervous. Dr. Li spoke fluent Mandarin (普通话) and took the time to explain everything clearly and calmly, making sure my mum fully understood her condition and treatment options.
