Doctor Li operated on my wife’s neck a while ago Her service was exceptional and she a very nice person. It was such a breath of fresh air dealing with Doctor Li as my wife has been seen by much older male doctors regarding her injury and they have been rude, lack beside manners, are brusque, arrogant and dismissive.
Dr. Diana Li is not only an outstanding neurosurgeon but also an incredibly kind and patient doctor. I brought my mother to see her, and as a non-English speaker, my mum was initially very nervous. Dr. Li spoke fluent Mandarin (普通话) and took the time to explain everything clearly and calmly, making sure my mum fully understood her condition and treatment options. I could not talk highly enough of Doctor Li! I had a microdiscectomy done after coming to Dr Li in so much pain unable to walk, move, sit up straight or lift my left leg from the knee down as well as begin to lose feeling from my shin down. Dr Li took the time to listen and answer any of my questions and worries with so much knowledge and care, and after the surgery I had no pain, I feel like she gave me my life back. Very thankful to Dr Li, if you’re on the fence about booking an app do not even hesitate!
