Simply tried calling to make an appointment. The receptionist was unprofessional, unhelpful, and answered my questions with spicy remarks. Never made an appointment.
Dr. Diane Thomas demonstrated no bedside manner or compassion. In my experience, she lacks the empathy and interpersonal skills essential for patient care. I would not recommend her, as the visit felt cold and unwelcoming. Additionally, her staff seemed disengaged and unhappy, which only added to the negative atmosphere. Don’t waste your time making an appointment with her.
This negative review is on behalf of my mother. Dr. Thomas is very rude and unprofessional. At the last appointment, Dr. Thomas did not bother to inform my mother that she had an ulcer and UTI which resulted in my mother spending 10 hour in the ER. Dr. Thomas was incredibly rude to the attending ER physician when she finally decided to call back and speak with him. Stay away with from this medical office and doctor if you care about your health.
Made an appointment for a prolapsed uterus. She refused to do an exams for it because her/her staff scheduled a basic Pap smear instead. Said I would have to make another appointment and come back. After the Pap smear she said she didn’t see a prolapsed uterus (as I push my cervix back into my body). Later the same day I get a call from the office for a scheduled mammogram at the hospital. Dr Thomas is very knowledgeable in her field of gynecology. She is patient and asks important related questions to a client's medical issues. I am very comfortable with her and trust her implicitly.
