I don’t have enough good things to say about Diane and her team. We travel a great distance to see her because she was recommended to us as the best - and she is! Our 7 year old has “interesting” teeth that our local dentists are not confident to treat. Diane has made us feel seen, safe and understood and I know that she will be right there with us on our daughter’s dental journey, however long it may be! I cannot rate Dr. Diane Tay highly enough! This woman is the best in her business. Treated my 3 year old with the utmost care during every consult, her warm, friendly demeanour always putting her at ease. Diane operated on her in Alexandria Day Hospital, a nerve wracking 2 hour surgery, but my husband and I knew our child was in safe hands. Diane is professional, kind and responsive, even replying to emails out of hours when my child was experiencing pain. Wonderful service.
Excellent paediatric dentist for little ones! We took our 17 month old daughter to see her after she fell and bumped her tooth. Diane was patient and great with our little one, she explained everything in detail and really put our minds at ease.
Today we had the pleasure of meeting Lilly, and as per the standard of Dr Dianne Tay's practice, her service was phenomenal! Lilly was caring and took her time with my children and had answers to all my questions. She made my children feel more relaxed and had a lovely friendly and professional approach.
