I'm sure that Dr. McKeever is an exceptional dentist and true professional. However, the same cannot be said of her staff member, Karen. New Client or even previous client intake and appointment scheduling is an opportunity to gauge the quality. Although an initial phone call is not in and of itself dispositive of the overall quality, it is an import factor when deciding a provider. Had gum and jaw pain due to a cavity and teeth grinding. I'm not keen on dentists, however, my first-time visit today with Dr. McKeever was amazing. As a walk in, I waited behind three scheduled patients, which was absolutely no problem. I noticed the patients she saw hardly had to wait. Dr. McKeever is patient, figured out my problem, explained the procedure, and made me feel quite comfortable. I already scheduled summer appointments for me and my teen son for cleanings. And, she's affordable!
Dr. McKeever is wonderful! I highly recommend her for your dentistry needs. She is always on time, truly cares about her patients, and is gentle! She does not have a hygienist and does her own cleanings, which is remarkable in this day and age!
