My Experience at Eyemart Today, I visited Diane Meek O.D. and noticed she appeared distant, as if dealing with clients was a challenge for her. Having visited eye doctors many times before, I knew the specific questions to ask, yet it was hard to get detailed answers from her. I explained my need for prescriptions for distance vision and close-up vision for computer use and reading. I had to prompt her to review my last two pairs of glasses as well. Diane gets 1 star.
I made my appointment with Dr. Meek inside the Eyemart Express at the Eastgate location. Here are the facts: I made an appointment several days prior. I showed up 15 minutes early to check in. I filled out three pages of paperwork. As I did, another guy came in after me. He turned his paperwork in, not fully completed. It was handed back to him to finish.
