Arrived for a appointment Oct. 20, 2021 and was told Dr. Searce "had retired"! Now I'm left with a unfinshed implant! No call, no letter!
Diane is an outstanding dentist, with a wonderful staff to support her. I thought I was giving her a tough job, but she came through with flying colors. I highly recommend her.
Even though Dr. Searce is a good dentist, my son and I were belittled by her during his last visit. She was upset that my son wasn't brushing enough and that I wasn't helping him enough. I felt like this was not good customer service. I don't know if she was having a bad day or what, but, it seemed like she was taking her frustrations out on my son and I.
