best pediatrician ever, the only reason I had to change the pedi due to Dr. McIntire moved to Lubbock Community Health Center...
While Dr. McIntire is a decent pediatrician she is not without her flaws and her staff is unfriendly, curt, dismissive, and sometimes rude. Every time we go in her staff looks somber and depressed, fails to even greet/welcome us, and gives the impression that they wish they were anywhere but at work. Their attitude is conveyed in their customer service, or lack thereof, and makes for a frustrating experience.
