I am so very grateful for the care I received from Dr. Kallgren. With a recent malignant melanoma tumor diagnosis, new insurance and nowhere to turn, Dr. Kallgren took the help and made sure I was taken care of with a surgeon and medical oncologist. Thank goodness her caring staff was able to squeeze me in and navigate an incredibly difficult insurance company. I would highly recommend.
They were absolutely unprofessional and allotted 15 min for my appointment from start to finish. When I called to say I was running 5 min late, they turned me away after driving 45 min to get there.
They missed obvious skin cancer on two seperate occasions. The first one on top of my leg I actually pointed out to them. They said don't worry about it. Two weeks later I came back because it became more painful. They then removed it to be safe. Biopsy came back positive for cancer. Six months later came in again for a skin check. That said everything looked OK. Two days later I noticed puss on the edge of my ear. Went back that week and it turned out to be cancer as well. I am done.
