Beware of this facility �?? fraudulent billing (All Doctors are COOL) I visited this facility on Sept 27, 2010 for a regular eye examine and got a bill for $100.00 I called my insurance ?? Aetna. Two representatives from Aetna have confirmed me that the billing from Castro Valley Eye Centers IS incorrect.. The max at the worse, I should pay no more than $60.00.
