Absolutely horrible experience. Waited four months to get an appointment to be turned away when I got there 15 minutes early as instructed. I was told I was late... I have he recording that says to arrive 15 minutes early, not 30! Don't waste your time waiting to be seen, only not to be seen, by Dr. Brzezinski. Now that I have done more research this is not uncommon practice for this office. Terrible to do to sick people waiting for months to hopefully get some help! SHAME ON YOU!

Hi Jen, I’m so sorry you had a bad experience at our office. In order to keep the patients from having long waits to see a provider we do ask that all patients arrive 15 minutes early. We have an automated call that also advises the early arrival. For a new patient appointment, which involves completing paperwork, we ask that the arrival for this appointment be 30 minutes. I have been seeing Dr. Brzezinski since I moved here from Illinois. From the beginning she sat down with me and took the time to get to know me. I feel very comfortable and her knowledge is amazing. Thank you for your passionate patient service.

Ive been seeing Dr. Brzezinski since my return to Naples over 10 years ago. Ive always felt I was the most important person during my visit and Dr. B is extremely genuine. I would highly recommend her to any female looking for a doctor that gets it and does not want to write a script and send you out the door with a ton of pills. She has some very good recommendations for a total well being. Thank you to you and your staff for always making me feel like im the only patient you care for.
