Appointments are available on short notice and never rushed. Dr Rocks always takes the time to answer questions and address concerns. Dr Rocks and her staff are always ready to listen uncritically to my concerns- regardless of how embarrassing or private the concern is. I have no reservations that the concerns stay private. Exceptionally thorough! She is always offering to get back to you with any information necessary by researching the data. Dr. Rocks is the whole “package “ - thorough, warm, sharp.
Dr Rocks, Melissa [back office], and Kierstan [front office] are cordial and impressively competent in their respective roles. I could not imagine a more positive health care experience. I have several conditions that require regular visits with specialists, but I view their work as part of Dr Rocks' care and advise them to communicate in depth with her.
Dr Rocks earns 5 stars, year after year. If she moved to another state I’d probably move there too!
