My experience with both providers Ms. Agamez and Dr Portilla and the office personnel was excellent.
She is a great doctor, the staff was very helpful
worst practice ever!!! my mom goes there and we love her doctor and eliana it's very helpful but unfortunately the staff in the front desk is very unprofessional, unorganized, rude , unhelpful, they take forever to answer the phones and when they answer they give you an attitude. Very frustrating
My father started coming to this office recently and they told him his insurance “did not work” for a physical and they didn’t take his insurance anyway. He went back for a follow up and they wanted to charge him again. He stated he had already paid and he was only there to get the certificate of the physical for his employer. All of a sudden they do take his insurance and they billed him again! DO NOT COME HERE.
