86yr old grandmother has been sitting 3hrs+ because they admittedly schedule patients every 5 minutes knowing they will run hours behind. Would rather have patients wait for 3+ hrs than to schedule accordingly. Horrible business practices, assuming no one has any other responsibilities or obligations. Not to mention the lobby has cleared out three times since we checked in but still haven’t been seen by the doctor.
Dr. Leitner is amazing as is her staff. My husband needed emergency eye surgery. Dr is thorough, knowledgeable, paitent & communicates very well with patients & family. If we had a retina issue in the future I would trust her for care! Recommend!
My mother sees this physician. We drive 45 minutes to her Maize Road office as she is longer seeing patients on the east side of Wichita. The service and scheduling here are abhorrent. I've never experienced such a lack of concern about the length of time patients are forced to wait to even be seen. The policy of having patients wait 3 to 4 hours after their scheduled appointment time is absolutely unacceptable and completely unprofessional.
