My mother sees this physician. We drive 45 minutes to her Maize Road office as she is longer seeing patients on the east side of Wichita. The service and scheduling here are abhorrent. I've never experienced such a lack of concern about the length of time patients are forced to wait to even be seen. The policy of having patients wait 3 to 4 hours after their scheduled appointment time is absolutely unacceptable and completely unprofessional. got in and out in an hour which is unusual. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.
As a new patient of Dr Leitner I am very pleased with the service I have received from her. She also has a Staff ( nurses /receptionists)that are so kind and patient. Over all a great group of professionals.
