Dr. Maas and her staff are absolutely incredible. I have never had such a good experience with a physician before. Everyone is incredibly kind, listens to you, and truly tries to help you. I'd give 100 stars if I could! Thank you so much, to all of you!!

I just moved from out of state. I called to make an appointment with endocrinology. They asked me to have my health records faxed over which I had anticipated. I had them transferred to endocrinology twice over June/July and both times when I called to see if they had received them, they hadn't. I double and triple checked fax numbers. I got verification from my previous health institution that they had indeed faxed them. So I called and left endocrinology 2 voicemails with my name/information and never got a return call. Had an appointment scheduled with Dr Mass. Received a call, stating that “she didn’t feel that I was a good fit for her” and the clinic canceled my appointment. She had made her decision, based upon my symptoms. I asked how she knew anything about my symptoms, seeing as how I’d never been in her office. I was told “she read your records”. I was hoping to see her, because I was very concerned about some symptoms that were potentially thyroid related. It is very unfortunate that she dismisses patients like this.
