I was given this doctors name many years ago from a friend. Dr. Dickens has been a good doctor. But back in late 2016 to the second quater of 2020 I have had nothing but issues with 2 main employees with Dr. Dickens office staff. These 2 main employees are rude, insufficient of types of insurance benefits and tell you that you do not have that type of benefit on your plan and you show them the proof of that benefit. Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Absolutely! I never have a problem! Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary Was this provider's office clean? Yes! I was amazed at how clean it was! Does this provider treat every client equally? Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? Yes Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Somewhat, but they need a bigger selection Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places
