I thought Dr. Deidan was very thorough and very friendly. I do have a huge problem with her staff though. I had initially inquired as to the cost for a cleaning, exam and x-rays and was told it was $250. Imagine my surprise when I received a bill for $525. Upon calling the office and speaking to Ron, he informed me the $250 was only if one doesn't have insurance. She really cares about her patients and takes her time, never feels like a business.
This is a marked improvement from my previous dentist in terms of quality of facilities, customer service and overall treatment. Dr. Deidan did several fillings for me and the quality of the work was excellent. Both her and the hygenists are attentive and caring, and really work to accomodate you during treatment.
