My son was referred to Dr. Diana Carr because he broke his arm. When calling this doctor I spoke with the secretary who stated she’s was also the office manager. She refuse to give her name.She was unprofessional had bad manners, a temper & very uneducated with office policies. She refused to give the address to the doctor office & her name to file a complaint. When I ask to speak to someone above her, she hung up & stated she will call the police if I called back.
