They tried and failed to extract my roommate's teeth, leaving him in excruciating pain. Told him to go find an oral surgeon. Insurance says they need a prior-authorization from the dentist to cover the surgery. They refuse to issue that prior-authorization, screwing him over. So, now he's stuck in limbo. I would not recommend these people.

I really love this dentist office for my girls! The staff is amazing with them everytime. I have 1 complaint that when you have to have an appointment rescheduled 3 times (twice by them, once by me) that they put the new appointment ON THE SCHEDULE! I just drove a half hour with my 9 year old full of anxiety to get cavities filled which should have been done months ago only to be told her appointment wasn't on the computer. i was told on July 1st that my daughter needed wisdom teeth extacted before they will fix her cavity. yet they refuse to send the necessary referal to insurance for me to get a referal for an oral surgeon..they have lied to me and the insurance provider claiming they sent the referal when now 3 weeks later they still have not! very unprofessional and rude!
If you cancel someone's appointment you should CONTACT them. And maybe not lie to patients. And when a patient drives all the way to a cancelled appointment, is lied to by the receptionist who didn't bother to contact the patient, and the patient is told a supervisor will call a supervisor should probably call.
Amazing Doctor and staff they really make you feel welcome and actually care about the patients feelings and worries! My daughter is terrified of the dentist, they do a great job at relaxing her thru her appointment! Highly recommend!
The assistant helped put me at ease (I hate going to dentist- they are scary) The gal was patient and understanding of my anxiousness. I will definitely be back here again. Thanks Dr. Koro & Ms. Randi
The assistants and Dr. was so caring and a good team. Glad to see a good team in this office again!
