My kids have been a pt at the office since 2018 and the office used to be nice till my last experience with them first of all they forgot to hand me the labslip after physical when I asked for it they were busy in the back having donuts and rushed and handed me wrong patient’s bloodwork script also I have been calling the office so many times no one answers and now I am asking for my child’s immunization records and they refuse to provide it they asked me to get it from Trenton office and in the day off they closed that off ... read more

My 3 children enjoy going to Dr. Santoso. She is very friendly and extremely professional. She explains to my kids what needs to be done to improve their health and is always very thorough when she gives them their yearly checkup. I highly recommend her if you’re looking for a pediatrician. We go to the office in Cranbury and it is very clean there and everyone is very friendly. My daughter enjoys the fish tank and they have a wonderful holiday tree 🙂
I was a former patient of Dr. Santoso since my teenage years. I followed her since she left her other office, I brought my daughter to her as well. I've never had any issues up until I came across with the receptionist Cynthia. She was so horrible to me and very dismissive when my son who was an infant and needed care. Because of her I will never bring my children to be seen at this office. And they never answer the phones, the wait times are long and the staff were horrible.
