You will not find a better upper extremity surgeon than Dr. Ganesh. He came to my bedside after long day off island. He is advanced trained at top programs: NYU, UW, Orlando. He is kind, professional, and an expert in the field. You will not find a better surgeon and person on Oahu. His office staff is efficient and professional. Top notch care and service.

I have heard many good things about Dr. Ganesh, but he needs to be made aware of the terrible customer/patient service at his office. The woman who answered the phone and scheduled my appointment was extremely inappropriate, and the rudest person i've ever encountered in the Healthcare industry. If you can't handle a patient trying to find answers and explain their situation, then you shouldn't be working in customer service. I imagine any Doctor would like their receptionist to be polite, kind and welcoming, not standoffish... read more
