Disappointed to find this doctor and her staff provided substandard care. Unreliable. She was very personable when I met her. I like her personally. However she and her staff seem too busy for quality care. For example a positive blood test for possible cancer was ignored. I could see that result in MyChart for nearly a month. So our family made many calls and sent messages. Our questions were met by Nurse Amy telling me “all tests were normal. Dr. Thangavelu is the first doctor I have ever been to who I truly trust. She is extremely knowledgeable and jumped straight to solutions to my problems, which I really appreciated! I always feel listened to and cared for at every visit with her! Best GI doctor I’ve ever been to! Thank you Dr. Thangavelu!!
