I can’t believe the government lets this place stay open?! They have the worst service and their communication is negligent.
I retracted my 5 star review from 11 months ago. Unfortunately, Dr. Wadweker promised me the moon and delivered nothing. Things went downhill quickly when his P.A. moved. The thyroid condition I manage is still out of control. The last straw was during a tele-health. Dr suggested that I change my medication to something I'm being prescribed by his office, and have been taking, for several months already! So disheartening.
Dr. WADWEKAR , I have been seeing you for 10 years but your staff is incompetant. Speaks through Klara app but doesn't answer all the questions, doesn't return information needed, doesn't answer phone calls,doesn't fill prescriptions correctly.
Office is completely unresponsive. They wouldn’t renew my prescription because I hadn’t had an appointment in 6 months but wouldn’t answer the phone nor respond to my messages to make an appointment. I had to go to my GP to bridge my meds while I found a new endocrinologist. They will give you results that are sensitive via text when it should be a phone call (I had additional nodules on the same side as a 4.3cm nodule and am in the gray area of needing surgery, I also needed biopsies).
This would be zero stars if possible. Completely useless staff who neither respond or care. As a patient, we should not have to literally beg for a response. The PA never responds to blood work reports. The Dr suggested weight loss medication to my pregnant wife who has been a patient of his for more than a year. Just shows that he didn't bother reading the file. Someone tell me where to report this. Avoid this place at all costs.
