I had to switch practices because this office’s severe administrative neglect left my vital medical treatment in complete limbo. After diagnosing me with a primary immunodeficiency and starting me on a specialized infusion trial, the office completely stopped responding. They ignored pharmacy calls, ghosted portal messages, failed to file proper insurance documentation, and neglected to provide any clinical safety monitoring. Dr Doshi came highly recommended by so many people and its obvious why. He is great, very knowledgeable, and even better he talked directly to my son and explained everything that was going on. And he explained it in terms he knows. I feel like so many doctors talk about the child, but never to them, but Dr Doshi is not like that. The entire staff we encountered were wonderful as well (office staff, resident and NP). This practice has consistently been disorganized, incompetent, and unprofessional throughout the 2.5 years I was a patient. I've had numerous negative experiences, including allergy injections being administered far too low on my arm near the elbow, serum leaking from injection sites, and frequent poor communication and lack of knowledge from the front desk staff. canceled my appointment less than 30 mins before, couldn’t reschedule me, then abruptly hung up on me.
When I say this was the WORST experience I’ve ever had at any medical office, it feels like an understatement. I cannot fully describe how livid I am after dealing with them. While the doctor himself seemed very knowledgeable and caring, the experiences I’ve had at this office will cause me to NEVER return and to warn everyone I know to stay away.
