Tried to schedule return result visit had to wait a long time. When I was able to speak with someone, they said I have to wait for doctor to receive radiology testing. I informed this receptionist that the radiologist will place my results on a CD and that was the purpose of my call to schedule the results visit. She told me she will transfer the call to someone else. After no answer call went to voice-mail. I did not leave a message. So tired of all doctor office BS.

I am disheartened to see the negative comments about Dr. Shah on here; it seems that people only review regarding their negative experiences. It also seems there are some serious claims on here about the quality and integrity of Dr. Shah’s work, which I believe google reviews is an inappropriate place to make such claims. This place is a factory. They have too many office locations for their own good and often have scheduling issues due to disorganization across the offices. For chronic issues, you end up chasing the doctor around central Florida to get the next available apt. Dr. Shah spends a grand total of 5 minutes with you and after seeing him for an entire year for a chronic sore throat, he walked into the patient room once and asked me if it was my first time in the office. This doctor's office has problems. I went in the last quarter of 2019 for a hearing aid referral. I have dealt with this doctor before about 20 years ago. The first thing they did was refer me to a specific business for an MRI. I explained that my deductible had been met and I needed to get the hearing aids before end of year. This man is a butcher. He cuts turbinate's and this will cause empty nose syndrome which cause people to commit suicide. Other ENTS also told me he botched my ethmoids also. He's a terrible doctor . Go at your own risk
