Dr. Gurjala was frequently unavailable during emergencies and outsourced my follow up appointments to his assistants. he misremembered my name despite operating on my chest three times- once for top surgery, then a revision for a hematoma a day after surgery, and a third revision after the stitches in my nipples rejected. he seemed disinterested in hearing my concerns, and it took me months to actually get an appointment with him. Choose a different doctor if you value yourself and your time.
My consultation experience was excellent. I'm very confident in Dr. Gurjala.
