Just started working with this company. So far the people I've encountered have been available, knowledgeable, polite, patient and persevering. Their advice is good. You do need to be responsible for your part: reading your contract, understanding the sequence of work and what you are committing your money to.
DR Design & Remodel has a fantastic team, and great start to finish companies are hard to find. Their focus on customer satisfaction is of utmost importance, and they discuss realistic expectations about the remodel process so you know what to expect in advance.
DR Design and Remodel recently remodeled our two bathrooms, a small long, skinny hall bathroom and afterwards, our large primary ensuite bathroom. The bathrooms turned out beautifully, but this review is in two parts. The first part of my review is 5+ stars for the outstanding professionalism and the workmanship provided by the subcontractors, most of whom have worked for DR for many years. Our bathroom came out exactly as my wife and I envisioned it. Project manager and contractors were friendly, easy to work with, and professional. High quality work and materials. Well worth the money we spent.
