This office is almost laughable if it were not in the business of patient welfare. The staff, specifically the manager Iris, are incompetent, unempathetic and beyond disrespectful. Iris prefers to blatantly talk over and interrupt concerned patients and family members in some sort of “power-move” type of display. If you or your family want to remain healthy and have swift, friendly customer service - this office is not for you.
Dr. Desai is excellent. I have been his patient for 30 years. I have asthma and he has always been there for me when I've had a flare up. He is extremely knowledgeable about all the latest treatments. His staff is also excellent. I highly recommend him.
