Communication between Dr. Jones and his team is very poor. I was supposed to receive an unloader brace a couple of weeks after my partial knee replacement. Due to miscommunications, I did not receive this until 8 weeks post-op. At my pre-op visit for a subsequent arthroscopy to remove scar tissue I was informed that I should have rec'd a TENS device weeks earlier - that had never been conveyed to the team.
