Our family has been going to Dr. Kruger for several years for our regular cleanings. He always remembers the important events/interests of our family and inquires about them. I have had one old filling replaced, with no complications, but only when it was necessary! Another dentist(from another practice) had recommended that I have them all replaced years ago. Dr. Kruger is great! He always remembers me and what is going on in my life, even if its been 6 months since I last saw him. When I have had procedures done he is very skilled at making them painless and well executed. My only issue with the dental office is the cost, upon shopping around they seem to be very high priced and in this economy I don't know how much longer I can stay a patient there.
After years of neglecting my teeth by only brushing and flossing and not taking the care of them that I should have, I was in trouble. I had a tooth break and expose nerve and it became seriously infected. Even as a new patient, they agreed to see me same day, got me onto antibiotics and pain meds and helped me schedule my appointment with an oral surgeon to have a lot of teeth removed. I can't say that I ever loved going to the dentist but Dr. Kruger and his staff sure make it a heck of a lot nicer an experiece. He is a very wise and caring dentist, and his bedside manner couldn't be better. Kelly, his assistant is also very good at what she does and has a great personality. They have always been so kind and compassionate and really go out of their way to make your visit comfortable and as painless as possible. Dr. Kruger is awesome, he is really knowledgable and has a great personality. He makes me feel extremely comfortable.
Let me first say that our two children see a pediatric dentist that's in the same office as Dr. Kruger. That's how I knew about him. I had a chipped back tooth that was very painful and uncomfortable. Let me also state I'm not a huge fan of the dentist, with poking and prodding in my mouth, teeth, possible needles involved, I'm just a big baby. I have been going to this dental office for several years but this is the 1st time seeing this dentist in this practice. My regular dentist could not see me on the day I wanted to be seen so I saw Dr. Kruger I liked him so much I switced my dentist.
