Dr. Ward is top notch. He really listens to you and shares his knowledge in a kind way. You feel he really cares about you and doesn't push surgery on you. He was able to offer me an explanation for my pain which multiple other doctors were not able to do. I saw him at the San Rafael location and everyone I came in contact with was patient & professional. They all seemed to enjoy their jobs which is a refection on the Doctors and how they treat the office workers. 5 stars all around.
Very caring doctor & staff. Successful knee replacement & diligent follow-up. Happy & lucky to have been referred to this practice.
I love the first experience with UCSF office. Dr. Ward was very attentive. He listened to everything, explained and give a refferal for the precedure and for subsequent treatment. All personal in the office was very knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you very much
Re: upcoming knee surgery. So far, great facility great people. Always a provided with tons of information and the people (including Dr./Surgeon) take time and are accessible without that subtle (or not so) power imposition one can experience in other clinical settings.
