I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Steinbacher and his team. I needed surgery due to severe sinus issues, and the office went above and beyond to get me scheduled quickly. Dr. Steinbacher was kind, thorough, and incredibly skilled as a surgeon. I am extremely happy with the results. Everything about my experience has been positive.
My 5 year old cut his head severely in white plains and 911 called. We rejected the ambulance so that I can drive him greenwich hospital for the specialists there - specifically plastic surgery. We waited hours as Dr Steinbacher was the surgeon on -call. He simply did not reply or pick up for the hospital. Dr. Steinbacher is a very skilled, discerning, practical, and professional surgeon. He took the time to answer my questions and listen to my concerns for both my double jaw surgery and my rhinoplasty. Additionally, the staff at West River were attentive and friendly, some of the best I have interacted with in the professional space so far. Connecticut is full of many talented healthcare professionals, but I am grateful to have gone to one of the very best in the industry for my procedures.
Dr. Steinbacher and his entire office are remarkable. Throughout the entire process Dr. Steinbacher answered all questions so we knew exactly what was planned. Surgery was great and post-surgery focus and attention were excellent. The entire surgical team treated us as if we were their only patient.
After deciding to have my broken nose repaired after 50 yrs, I asked Google to find the best Septorhinoplasty Drs in my area. Dr Steinbacher came up. I made the call. At 7 wks post op, can't say enough about how happy I am with the outcome. To breath with your mouth closed for hours is a new and wonderful experience.
