I had the unfortunate luck of breaking my collarbone just a couple of days before Christmas. The ER was absolutely swamped, as you'd expect over the holidays, but Dr. Derek Plausinis still gave me appropriate time to help me decide on whether or not to pursue surgery. I had full reverse shoulder replacement and tendon transfer surgery done by Dr. Derek Plausinis a year ago. After years of osteo arthritis pain, along with decreasing mobility, I am now pain free, and my mobility and strength still continue to improve. Dr. Plausinis is a talented surgeon, who puts you at ease with a great bedside manner before your surgery and follow ups after. I highly recommend Dr. Plausinis and can't begin to thank him enough.

Dr. Derek Plausinis completed shoulder replacement surgery on both my shoulders with amazing results. When considering the initial surgery, he was very informative and supportive making the decision to proceed easy. He was very engaging in all meetings and clear on what I needed to do to maximize success. I really appreciated his skill, support and direction through both surgeries.
I had a difficult shoulder operation that absolutely debilitated me. The pain is gone. Dr. Plausinis is an excellent surgeon and cares about his patients. Thank you Dr. plausinis for looking after me.
