Dr. Derek Plausinis completed shoulder replacement surgery on both my shoulders with amazing results. When considering the initial surgery, he was very informative and supportive making the decision to proceed easy. He was very engaging in all meetings and clear on what I needed to do to maximize success. I really appreciated his skill, support and direction through both surgeries.

First, let me start by saying I owe Dr. Plausinis a debt of gratitude for giving me my life back. I was in a lot of pain and hardly functioning. My shoulder was so bad. He is an excellent surgeon. Dr. Plausinis is an absolutely wonderful doctor who replaced my left should in October 2018 and performed a reverse shoulder replacement to my right shoulder April 25, 2024. The results have been wonderful. He is kind, patient and understanding as well as being very capable and talented. I'd strongly recommend his services.
I have been suffering with a painful arthritic and broken down shoulder for many many years. I put off surgery because I didn’t think it would help me, but finally due to the constant pain I went to Dr. Plausinis.
