I have been a patient of Dr Lewis since 2003. I cant say not even one thing bad about Dr Lewis nor his staff !!! He is very professional and direct and explains things great!!! I recommend him to anyone who is looking for a Dr!!

Worst services you could ever receive. He is very unprofessional and he simply does NOT do his job. This place needs to be shut down immediately. A doctor who does not check you nor look at you did not do his job. He just asks what brought you here. Absolutely despicable! Worst place for care in ARKANSAS! Insurance companies deserves all refunds!!!
