I saw Amanda at the Bay City Office that is staffed by 2 Nurse Practioners, no doctors. I was ok with it as I'm a retired nurse practitioner. Amanda only looked at a lesion on my leg, didn't feel it, even though I'd reported that it had developed bumps underneath. Explained what it was and stated it should be frozen off which I agreed to. They’re on the medicaid provider list and when I called they said they don’t accept medicaid and told me that they tried several times to get themselves off the list so I called medicaid to try to get them taken off the list myself just to be helpful to them and medicaid said only the provider can do that and they have not called to do so. They’re very deceptive trying to get people with medicaid to come to them and having them end up accepting having to pay full price.
