The review and 5 stars is for Dr.DePalma only . His scheduling staff get a minus one.They called me hours before my appointment and canceled and scheduled another appointment for the next day at the Patterson office which is 70 miles away but I agreed because of it was a pre op for my back surgery Aug 5 . It took over 2 hrs. to arrive after traffic backup but I made it on time. I walk in and they say my appointment was canceled. You can imagine my frustration.
