He spent maybe 5 minutes with me. He put a thick yellow liquid in my eyes. I asked him what it was. He answered: “Put your mask on.” He made me look right into a bright blue light, i am assuming to measure the pressure in my eyes, but was explaining nothing. After he finished, I asked him again, what it was that he put into my eyes. He said “the same as every time.” I asked again, whether it was a numbing agent. “How old are you, 63? After sitting an hour in a full waiting room I approched desk to ask if they overbooked as I was still waiting. I was told my chart was never pulled after signing in. It was now 12:00 and I was told they could not do my laser treatment now until 1 pm. Now plans for the day would be 2hrs plus behind schedule. Ok, stuff happens so I return a second time but when staff are not friendly and the Dr.'s manner even WORSE I've had enough!!! Very unapproachable, demeaning in his answers.
