After a year as a patient, I’ve decided to take my care elsewhere. The front desk staff is consistently rude, and their communication is overwhelming—you’ll receive countless emails, texts, and phone calls just to confirm a single appointment. The only positive part of my experience was Dr. Park, who is truly awesome, but he is leaving the practice (and I don’t blame him).
