I loved the purple colors for gloves, masks, bibs and the dental assistant's coats
Billing vs Prepaid services are not refunded 2 month after they received payment from insurance for same invoice. It is impossible to get an answer after 2 month of inquiries, they cant even provide an invoice accounting for the charges & balance due. they are sorry. Where is my money. It is a shame, because I am very happy with their services
To be honest this place doesn’t even deserve 1 star but that’s the lowest I can rate them on here! Dr. Shah was trying to “take me for a ride” by telling me this appointment we are doing this then it turns into something different and now my condition is going to get worse if she continues to string me along just so she can charge my insurance! As always, the work i had done came out perfect. My dentist is AMAZING!!!!! Not only is she professional and a wonderful person, she also took the time to explain each step of the procedure I was having done so I could make a more educated decision on what to do next. Her assistants were incredible as well. I wish I had more teeth so I could go back more often.
Can I go lower than 1 star? I started at this location when it opened 6 years ago. We liked the doctors and continued on with the practice even after the recent changes. Our experience at the front desk, however, is the reason for my low ratings they are not only inefficient and lazy they require to learn manners to talk to patients. I get bills from them every month THAT I DO NOT OWE!!! I have no balance but get bills sent to me every month!!!!!!

I saw the woman Dentist today for a crown.( Dr Carr) She & her assistant Elvis were fantastic! I'd highly recommend her to all of my friends.
The WORST Dental Office..... Very unprofessional and incompetent, I don’t think any one have a clue to what they are doing. Today after showing up for a appt., I was told it was canceled and rescheduled without my knowledge and the explanation I was given is because the patients name was similar.... will never go there again, btw it was the fourth cancellation based on different excuses.
DONT trust these reviews they are repeats by the same person like 50 times to boost their rating . see sandra review over and over. its probably done by an employee. THEY SUCK HERE!!!!!
