September 30th was my last cleaning appointment preparing for a partial plate. Prior months the deep gum cleaning, teeth pulled were a challenging endeavor. I discovered about myself I had needle phobia and panic attacks. Dr. Winter and his team were extremely patience with me and held my hand with guidance to breathe slower. If I could give zero stars, I would. I had some work done. After the work was done I was in alot of pain, went back in three or four times. Each time Dr. Winters telling nothing was wrong. I asked for my records to be transferred to me the "office manager," told my family members owed them money. 1) I'm not married, 2) I dont have family members that goes to him. 3) She was telling me another patients information (hello heard of HIPPA.) Went in with a dental emergency in quite a state of panic. From the receptionist, to the nurse, to doctor Winters himself, I was takin such good care of!! They calmed my nerves so well and I have very high dental anxiety. I left feeling so much better and they even worked through their lunch to get me in!! The work that was done in my mouth was great! Thank you so much for taking such good care of me!
