2008.... cystocele and bladder tack surgery, Dr. McNalley,told me it was my only choice and it would only get worse.. My complaint. While in Foley hospital I contacted a yeast infection, bacteria infection, internal hemorrhoids, and a kidney infection.I came out of that cystocole surgery. I looked and felt like I had been assaulted while I was out. Dr McNally has the worst bedside manner of any OB/GYN doctor I've seen. The wait time was long and my visit was rushed. He did not seem to want to take the time to answer any of my questions and was rough with his exam. The staff was unfriendly and the office was dirty. I will not go back to this doctor again.
Office staff is horrible but Dr McNally is great. The ultrasound tech is a medical assistant and she was RUDE! The office is dirty and I felt like poverty being there. You can tell most the patients are Medicaid And just generally don't care. I had to switch offices.
Great doctor and staff. Quite a few of my friends use him and they sent me there. Never going to another doctor!
I felt uncomfortable for all 4 visits, the nurses never were friendly with me, every body seemed rushed. I am seachering for a new doctor, I want to feel comfortable with and where I am have my first baby. I just didn't feel any body was very helpful.
