I visited Dr. Scribner’s office for a consultation (hysterectomy) I feel that the doctor and the rest of the staff that I was introduced to were all very professional seemed extremely competent, answered all of my questions and I felt very at ease in this office. While I actually haven’t had the procedure performed yet, I did have a great first experience here and I am moving forward with scheduling.
I ended up having my procedure at MD Anderson instead of with Dr. Scribner because I had a substandard experience with his scheduling staffers, Angeline and Sylvia. They didn’t return my phone calls, were uncooperative, and refused to transfer me to other staff members so I could resolve miscommunications. When time is of the essence, they delayed my procedure until my PCP became frustrated and referred me to MD Anderson instead. Best human being I’ve ever had the pleasure of knowing and especially to experience in a medical relationship! I wish I could come to him for every medical incident I encounter!
