They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them.

I WAS a LOYAL patient of Dr.Abbas for 10 yrs. he delivered both of my children. Last year my husband lost his job, I was now to sole provider of my family. Now, I have insurance but hadn't met my deductible. I had to have a colposcopy and didn't have the money to pay for it. I called the office and explained my situation, I asked if I could make payment arrangements, they said NO! Needless to say I was devastated. Every time I come in for an appointment, and throughout the appointment, I'm always having to remind them who I am and what my circumstances are. It's very frustrating. Every time I come here I feel so unwelcome as soon as I enter the door. They can never seem to remember my name when I first arrive and always forget it throughout my appointment.
