He lied and gave me a false diagnosis. Diagnosing me with ASPD, which I don't remotely meet the diagnostic criteria for. He discriminatorily and negligently diagnosis patients.
Dr Kutzer is an amazing psychiatrist.
Excellent, caring goes the extra mile, will work with the the family which was very important to me. I just can't thank him enough for what he has accomplished with me and especially my Brother.
