Well, I know it seems like they get a lot of good ratings here, but not in my case. I mean, I called today, confirming my appointment for today, because I did not receive email or text message from them and found out they didn’t schedule my appointment. Dr. Frazee is a fantastic person and dentist. I am terrified of dental work but always feel well prepared and cared for when having work done at his office. It's very much a non judgemental culture where you know dentists and hygienists indulge in the occasional "bad for you candy", etc. Questions are considered seriously, concerns addressed with empathy, the entire office has a great sense of humor and a down to earth attitude that reflect the generous spirit of Dr Frazee himself.
