Dentist explains step by step what is going to do. Very nice and professional. Great office staff. Very happy that I have Engstrom Family Dental.
Don't go to Dr. Engstrom dental. They couldn't care less about their patients and only care about making money. I had a crown there and scheduled a cleaning appointment. I called and cancelled my cleaning appointment 24 hours in advance because of a snowstorm, but they still billed me 50 bucks for missing it! Can you believe that? So, if doctor cancel his patients appointment beacuse of emergency, will he pay them 50$ ??? Most places would understand if you had an emergency, but not them. They always pack their schedule too ... read more
