Dr. Lee is very competent and extremely approachable; he puts you at ease. He speaks to his staff in a way that you know he respects and appreciates the work they do. He called personally after my surgery to follow up and see if I had any concerns. If you are at the point of needing to go see a dermatologist who is a specialized surgeon, you are having to deal with a troubling situation....cancer, etc. He puts you at ease and works with you in a personable way to effectively address the problem. I highly recommend him.

I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations.
