I just concluded a call at 11:55am 7/24/24. It is very disheartening when we are trying to help a patient, and the office we are referring them to does not seem to care. I did not catch the name, but I had to call 3 times to finally get somewhat of a better idea why my patient was not being called to be taken care of. I appreciate Dr.Romero's thoughtful and attentive response to my explanation on why l had been referred. She was sympathetic and expressed genuine concern for my well being. I trusted her advice even when she told me that another surgery was not likely to benefit me.

Dr. Romero is a wonderful kind doctor. She tells you what she is thinking and listens to your feelings. If you are looking for a GREAT Orthopedic call her office!
