I have been a patient for over 3 years and I have never met Dr Sackett. She was not helpful when I needed a prescription filled either. Switching to One Medical.
It is difficult to get an appointment because they don't answer the front desk phone. They failed to send in a sample of mine to the lab because "they did not know that they were supposed to call the lab to pick it up." It sat there a week before anyone noticed. I left three messages, two one week and one the following week, for someone to call me back, no return call. This wasn't the first time they did not return a call. I ended up getting pneumonia. Dr. Sackett is always very informative, knowledgeable and considerate. I would recommend any day!!!
Let's put it this way: after numerous visits we are choosing to seek medical services from another professional. We are beyond disappointed. Best thing for us is to just leave.
