I’m a new patient of Dr. Pannuccio and I’ve seen Alex for all my visits. She is knowledgeable, caring, efficient and professional. The office staff has been helpful and responsive, especially the woman who provides doctor recommendations. She is very nice.

Unfortunately, this provider continually cancels her appointments that have been well in the books for months. The first appt was made in November for January because that was the earliest appointment available. They called a week before to cancel so the appt was rescheduled. Today, the office called to cancel the appointment for next week. When my husband asked why, the receptionist said “Sorry, stuff happens.” This is completely unprofessional.
